About Lucy:
So many adjectives to describe this sweet girl Lucy! Are you ready? She is affectionate, loving, friendly, smart, sensitive and adorable. We aren’t exaggerating, promise! She loves a car ride and behaves superbly in the car. She sometimes rests her head on your lap during a drive…how adorable is that?!
She is a high-energy dog and will need someone with experience or younger in age to handle her. You may also need to consider a trainer to help her manage some of that energy!
Why was this lovable dog abandoned or given up for adoption? When you hear her story, you will be amazed that her personality and spirit is still so trusting and lively! Read on…
Lucy’s Rescue Story:
Her rescuer saw her in a house that seemed unlikely to be her rightful owners. On further questioning and investigation, it seemed like she had been stolen! The current owners just wanted to make a quick buck out of her and were willing to hand her over only for a certain sum of money. The rescuer did what was necessary and got her out of the house. While getting her out, the people told them that you can make a lot of money if you make her have puppies. The rescuer immediately got Lucy sterilised to prevent any such illegal activity! It was very clear that she was somebody’s pet. She responds to commands and understands a change in tone if she has done something naughty/wrong! She gets in and out of a car like a pro and was even comfortable to be taken to a boarding centre (where she is currently staying). But, there seems to have been no effort made to look for sweet Lucy, and hence the rescuer decided to put her up for adoption. Are you her lucky humans?
