About Agnes:
Agnes is a sweet, loving and friendly dog. She loves her butt scratches and being pampered and loved. Wherever you are, Agnes will follow. She loves her humans. And as much as she loves humans, she loves her food too!
She is currently recovering from Malassezia, a fungal infection. It’s nothing serious and needs to be tended to with medicated baths, i.e. use a special shampoo to give her a bath. She is already on the road to recovery and her fur is growing back.
Since she is under medication and has come to the rescuer just a month ago, she hasn’t been given any vaccination but the vet assumes she is fully vaccinated. The vet also thinks she has been sterilized because in 4 months, she has not come into heat. If it is found that she hasn’t been sterilized, it will have to be done. This is mandatory as per Be A Petizen’s adoption policy.
Why is such a sweet soul even up for adoption? Read her story below…
Agnes’s Rescue Story:
4 months ago, Agnes was discarded with a collar and a chain attached to it outside a temple. The priest of the temple took her in and cared for her for 3 months. When her skin issue got bad, he contacted the rescuer who has taken her in last month and got her on medication and on the path to recovery. Despite being let down by her humans, Agnes is still loving and trusting. Can you give her a loving and committed home? Because Agnes will give you her full heart and soul if you do!
