Who is this distinguished gentleman? That’s Charles for you. He’s a lovely boy – very friendly, easy going and playful.
He was found in the most deplorable conditions, either dumped by a breeder or his previous owners. He was rescued and nursed back to life by a credible trauma centre in Bangalore.
