Terms and Conditions

A) I understand that filling this form does not guarantee that I will get to adopt a pet. The final decision will be made by the rescuer/animal shelter as per their adoption protocol

B) I understand that Be A Petizen is a for-profit business, and once I successfully adopt and take a dog home, I will receive a link to make Be A Petizen's convenience fee payment of Rs. 3,000 (We donate a percentage of our proceeds to the rescuers/shelters we have partnered with)

C) On successful adoption, Be A Petizen draws up a legal adoption contract between you, the rescuer/animal shelter and Be A Petizen. The charges related to drawing up the contract, stamp paper etc, will have to be paid by you. (We will share the bills where applicable. The original contract will be with you, and 1 copy will be given to the rescuer and the other will be kept with us, Be A Petizen)

D) Be a Petizen shall not be liable in any manner to any adopter or any other person in case of any inaccuracy, falsity and/or incompleteness of any information posted on Be a Petizen’s website of the dogs available for adoption.
